FactBridge reserves the right to modify, revise, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any portion of its services, systems, operational procedures, or terms without prior notice.

- “Platform” refers to the FactBridge website, dashboards, portals, systems, infrastructure, and operational environments.
- “User” refers to any individual, organization, enterprise, investigator, client, or entity accessing or using FactBridge services.
- “Investigation” refers to any verification, intelligence review, analysis, assessment, evidence review, or reporting activity conducted through FactBridge.
- “Evidence” refers to documents, screenshots, files, records, URLs, communications, metadata, images, videos, or uploaded materials submitted by users.
- “Report” refers to any investigation summary, intelligence report, dashboard output, analytical finding, recommendation, or verification result generated by FactBridge.
- “Services” refers to all operational, technical, investigative, analytical, intelligence, verification, communication, and reporting functions provided through FactBridge.
Eligibility
Users accessing FactBridge services confirm that:
- They possess the legal authority to use the services;
- They are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- Any submitted information is lawful;
- And all platform interactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Users may not use FactBridge services if they are:
- Prohibited by law from doing so;
- Acting without proper authorization;
- Submitting fraudulent or deceptive information;
- Or attempting unlawful activities.

FactBridge does not operate as:
- A law enforcement agency,
- A government authority,
- A legal advisory service,
- A certified forensic institution,
- Or an official regulatory body.
All reports, findings, recommendations, and investigation outputs are intended for informational and analytical purposes only.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information;
- Submit only lawful evidence;
- Maintain the confidentiality of their accounts;
- Comply with all applicable laws;
- Use the services responsibly;
- And avoid any misuse of our investigation systems.
Users must not:
- Upload malicious software or distribute harmful files;
- Impersonate other individuals or entities;
- Submit forged or fraudulent evidence;
- Violate the privacy rights of others;
- Misuse our generated reports;
- Conduct harassment or targeting;
- Interfere with our digital infrastructure;
- Or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Users remain solely responsible for all submitted materials and activities conducted through their accounts.
Investigation Submission Requirements
By submitting investigation requests, users confirm that:
- They possess the lawful authority to submit the investigation materials;
- The evidence does not violate any legal restrictions;
- The submitted information is not intentionally misleading;
- And the uploads do not infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights.
FactBridge reserves the right to:
- Reject investigations,
- Suspend processing,
- Restrict submissions,
- Or terminate services
If the submitted materials appear unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or operationally unsafe.
Investigation Process Limitations
FactBridge investigations are conducted utilizing:
- Available evidence,
- Accessible intelligence sources,
- Metadata analysis,
- Public records,
- OSINT methodologies,
- Analyst review procedures,
- And operational verification workflows.
Users acknowledge that investigations may be inherently limited by:
- Incomplete evidence,
- Unavailable records or restricted databases,
- Manipulated files,
- Inaccessible systems,
- Evolving or deleted public information,
- Jurisdictional limitations,
- Or overarching technological constraints.
FactBridge does not guarantee:
- Absolute fraud detection certainty,
- Complete intelligence coverage,
- Future operational behavior of an entity,
- Business legitimacy,
- Legal compliance,
- Or infallible verification accuracy.
Report Usage Restrictions
Investigation reports and analytical outputs are strictly confidential and intended solely for the authorized user's internal review.
Users may not:
- Redistribute reports without explicit authorization;
- Manipulate or alter our findings;
- Remove contextual information from summaries;
- Misrepresent our conclusions to third parties;
- Publicly publish or broadcast confidential reports;
- Or use our investigation outputs for any unlawful purpose.
FactBridge reserves the right to restrict access to our platform or pursue legal remedies in cases involving the misuse or unauthorized distribution of our reports.
Confidentiality Obligations
FactBridge follows confidentiality-focused operational procedures designed to protect the integrity of the investigation and all sensitive information involved.
Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Investigation findings,
- Submitted evidence,
- Analyst communications,
- Operational procedures,
- Platform systems,
- And the contents of our reports.
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential investigation materials may result in account suspension, service termination, operational restrictions, and potential legal action.
Data Retention & Evidence Deletion Policy
FactBridge adheres to privacy-focused evidence retention standards.
Unless legally required otherwise, uploaded investigation materials, supporting evidence, metadata files, screenshots, attachments, technical artifacts, and associated operational records will be automatically deleted, securely destroyed, anonymized, or permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days after the final investigation report has been delivered.
This strict retention policy applies to:
- Uploaded documents, PDFs, and screenshots,
- Evidence archives,
- Communication attachments,
- Metadata analysis outputs,
- And temporary investigation records.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Deleted evidence will become permanently unrecoverable;
- Expired investigation materials cannot be restored;
- And FactBridge is not responsible for lost evidence once the retention timeline expires.
Recommendation: Users are strongly advised to download and securely store their final reports, investigation evidence, and operational records locally before the deletion timelines expire.
FactBridge reserves the right to modify these retention periods where necessary for legal obligations, security investigations, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, infrastructure protection, or specific enterprise agreements.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided by FactBridge, including but not limited to:
- Platform designs, workflows, and reporting structures,
- Investigation methodologies, dashboards, and branding,
- Operational systems and intelligence frameworks,
- And software infrastructure and analytical structures,
Remain the exclusive intellectual property of FactBridge unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, exploit, distribute, modify, or commercially utilize FactBridge's intellectual property without our prior written authorization.
Third-Party Services & Public Sources
FactBridge investigations heavily involve the analysis of:
- Third-party platforms,
- Public records and online databases,
- Websites and social media content,
- Domain registries,
- And publicly accessible intelligence sources.
FactBridge does not control these external services or public information providers and therefore cannot guarantee data accuracy, operational reliability, authenticity, completeness, or the future availability of third-party content. Users acknowledge that external information may change or be deleted after an investigation is completed.
Payment & Billing Terms
Where applicable, users agree to provide accurate billing information, complete authorized payments promptly, and comply with our operational payment procedures.
FactBridge reserves the right to suspend investigations for unpaid balances, deny report access, restrict services, or terminate accounts for payment-related violations. Fees paid for completed investigation work are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
No Legal or Financial Advice
FactBridge does not provide:
- Legal advice or legal representation;
- Financial consulting or investment recommendations;
- Or regulatory certification and official compliance determinations.
Users must independently consult qualified professionals before making legal decisions, investment decisions, operational engagements, or taking regulatory actions based on our reports.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FactBridge and its operators, employees, analysts, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:
- Direct losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages;
- Operational disruptions or business interruptions;
- Financial harm or missed opportunities;
- Reputational damage or data loss;
- Or specific investigative outcomes.
This limitation applies to damages arising from the use of our services, investigation findings, report conclusions, verification outputs, intelligence analysis, or reliance upon operational recommendations. Users assume full responsibility for actions taken based on FactBridge reports and analytical outputs.
No Warranty
FactBridge services are provided on an “as available” and “as assessed” basis. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to service reliability, uninterrupted operation, investigation accuracy, fraud detection certainty, operational continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.
FactBridge does not guarantee that our investigations will detect all risks, that reports will be completely error-free, or that our services will remain continuously available without disruption.
Security & Infrastructure Risks
Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet-based systems, cloud infrastructure, digital communications, remote access technologies, and electronic data storage.
While FactBridge implements highly robust, commercially reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, unauthorized access, malware, infrastructure failures, internet disruptions, or third-party security incidents.
Suspension & Termination
FactBridge reserves the right to suspend accounts, terminate services, deny investigations, restrict access, remove content, or block users for:
- Policy violations or unlawful activity;
- Abuse, harassment, or harmful conduct;
- Security risks or infrastructure interference;
- Or fraudulent and deceptive submissions.
Termination may occur without prior notice in instances where severe operational or security concerns exist.
Regulatory Compliance
Users are exclusively responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws, regional regulations, privacy obligations, data protection laws, export restrictions, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. FactBridge does not guarantee that our services are fully legal or compliant for use in all global jurisdictions.
Force Majeure
FactBridge shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or operational failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including cyber incidents, infrastructure outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet failures, labor disputes, war, civil unrest, or third-party system failures.
Modifications to Services
FactBridge reserves the right to update workflows, modify operational systems, revise investigation methodologies, change reporting formats, discontinue features, or alter platform functionality at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and operational jurisdiction requirements determined by FactBridge.
